"I've been fortunate to work with Jan for the past 1 1/2 years.  She has given me great insight into how I am perceived as a leader and has helped me identify specific areas where I have opportunity to expand my leadership and communication skills.  Jan has provided very practical techniques that I've been able to incorporate into my behavior to improve my effectiveness.  She has also helped me understand how to emphasize my strengths and build on what comes easier to me.”
